Responsibilities:Leading major category negotiations and apply sourcing best practices demonstrating an understanding of broader concepts, approaches, and methods.
Manage supplier relationships, addressing performance issues, fostering partnerships, and developing long-term supplier strategies.
Collaborate with project managers to forecast material and service needs, contributing to accurate budgeting and planning.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with project requirements.
Prepare reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, supplier performance, and other KPIs for senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to maintain continuity.
Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Evaluate cost structures and find ways to optimize procurement budgets.
Continuously enhance sourcing and procurement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:Have proven experience working in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing and Project Management.
Working experience in the furniture industry will be an added advantage.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and market conditions.
