Student Services Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and friendlyStudent Services Executiveto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and supporting clients/students throughout their educational journey, ensuring they have a positive experience and access to necessary resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional student services by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining high responsiveness.
Assist in organizing and managing student courses, events, and programs while serving as a primary point of contact for student communications.
Maintain regular communication with students through emails and social media, and assist with the registration process, updating student information in the CRM database.
Gather feedback to improve services and the overall student experience.
Develop a deep understanding of Feng Shui products and services, collaborate with the sales team, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on clients' needs.
Assist in events and other tasks when required.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service or student support role.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English;Mandarin is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
