Studio Manager

Position: Studio Manager, Malaysia
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume the country manager role to lead and be responsible for the commercial growth and wellbeing of Malaysia office.
• Oversee all aspects of projects including the following:
- Planning and scheduling of resources.
- Budgeting and monitoring of progress and status.
- Risk analysis management.
- Troubleshoot problems and issues.
- Liaison with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local and regional HR teams for the office matters such as facilities, equipment, supplies, licensing, logistics, security, insurance.
• Responsible for all regular and adhoc operational reports as and when required.
• Conduct regular reviews with respective service providers and stakeholders to achieve a wellbalanced optimization of quality, service and cost effectiveness while meeting business needs.
• Provide constant feedback to the team including performance appraisals.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
