JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Development is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of processes and requirements related to the EPF CORE processes, especially in the Contribution Module, as well as other new initiatives.
This role involves analyzing and improving the effectiveness of existing products, identifying opportunities for enhancements in processes, policies, and procedures, and driving continuous improvement strategies.
Additionally, the role requires managing team development, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards to deliver value to customers and achieve business objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and Standard CompliancePlan and ensure work processes and requirements related to the Contribution Modules or new initiatives are implemented systematically and in compliance with set standards.
Conduct comprehensive studies and propose continuous transformation or process improvements.
Develop, coordinate, and update essential documentation, such as notices, forms, guidelines, and communication materials.Product Effectiveness and Value DeliveryAnalyze and assess the effectiveness of EPF products to ensure alignment with objectives and value delivery to customers.
Establish metrics to measure product performance and gather feedback from stakeholders for adjustments if necessary.
Monitor and evaluate product outcomes and recommend strategic actions for improvement.Process Improvement and Policy OptimizationIdentify opportunities for enhancements in processes, procedures, and policies for existing EPF products.
Review and propose improvements to policies and procedures related to core systems and delivery channels.
Participate in discussions, meetings, and forums with internal and external stakeholders regarding issues related to the Contribution Modules.Initiative ManagementPlan, execute, monitor, and address improvement initiatives effectively.
Facilitate discussions and alignment among stakeholders, including technical teams, owners, and other relevant parties.
Ensure documentation such as User Requirements (UR), Functional Specifications (FSD), and manuals are accurate and up to date.Team Development and Budget ManagementManage and monitor team learning, career development, and resource allocation effectively.
Oversee productivity and provide regular performance reports to the Head of Section.Communication and TrainingConduct communication and training programs for internal users about existing products and process improvements efficiently.
Foster networking and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Malaysian citizen
Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level
Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields
At least 10 years of experience in the following:
Process improvement, product management, or business analysis.
Proven track record in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering successful outcomes.
Experience in process optimization using the latest methodologies is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of EPF products, Contribution Modules, or similar domains.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Advanced analytical skills for process reviews and strategy formulation.
