Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities Serve customers & perform sales activities to achieve monthly and annual sales target given by the company.Manage and motivate sales staff so that merchandise sold by the sales employees Maintain the highest standard of customer awareness and control on the sales floor is maintained at all times.Train and develop Sales Associates effectively to their job role in order to meet store standards and requirements.Maintain high standards of merchandise care, cleanliness, and presentation.
Requirements Proven work experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in a high-end retail fashion environment.Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shop-baseSales-driven and result-oriented personPossess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashionPleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff
