Supervisor ( Cnc Turning)

Knowledge Requirements:
Knowledge of micrometer, caliper, profile project, pingauge, plugauge, ring gauge, and indicator.
Knowledge of basic mathematics.
Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Liase with QA to approve new part drawings.
Confirm job traveler and material.
Set machine based on dimensions.
Check the parts by running first parts.
Arrange technician or operator for part running.
Fix the machine when minor errors occur and inform technician for major problems.
Raise PR for ordering materials.
Follow the Company's environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental-related legal or regulatory requirements.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
