Supervisor ( Cnc Turning)

Knowledge Required:
Knowledge on micrometer, caliper, profile project, pingauge, plugauge, ring gauge, and indicator.
Knowledge on basic mathematics.
Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
Liase with QA on the approve new part drawing.
Confirm job traveler and material.
Set machine based on dimension.
Check the parts by running first parts.
Arranging technician or operator on the part running.
Fix the machine when there is a minor error while informing the technician to fix if there is a big problem.
Raise PR for order material.
Follow the Company's environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirements.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
