About the role
Become a Fertilizer Supervisor at QL Poultry Farms Sdn Bhd, a leading agribusiness company in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective application of fertilizers across our poultry farms, ensuring optimal crop and livestock yields.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive fertilization plans for our poultry farmsOversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of fertilizers to ensure timely and accurate applicationMonitor soil conditions and nutrient levels, making adjustments to fertilization strategies as neededTrain and supervise a team of farm workers in proper fertilizer application techniquesMaintain detailed records of fertilizer usage, costs, and crop/livestock performanceCollaborate with agronomists and farm managers to optimize fertilization practicesEnsure compliance with all relevant environmental and agricultural regulationsWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the agronomy or farm services industryStrong understanding of soil science, plant nutrition, and fertilizer application best practicesAbility to interpret soil analysis reports and make informed decisions about fertilization strategiesExcellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate fertilizer procurement and applicationProficient in data analysis and record-keeping to track the impact of fertilization on farm productivityEffective communication and leadership skills to train and manage a team of farm workersPassion for sustainable agriculture and a commitment to environmental stewardshipWhat we offer
