Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
To assist Sales personnel in daily sales operation. From sample, to order receiving, delivery matter (delivery of order & collection of return drum), production coordination and any other sales related task.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and customers to meet delivery schedules.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and efficiency.
Compile and manage weekly raw material reports to support production planning.
Plan and coordinate material requirements to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize costs.
Identify opportunities to reduce raw material costs through renegotiation or alternative sourcing.
Prepare and process raw material approvals in collaboration with management.
Handle SST exemptions, poison goods purchase, and import documentation for regulatory compliance.
Liaise with logistics partners, transporters, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
Verify and process vendor invoices, matching them with internal systems for payment submissions.
Coordinate driver duties and monitor monthly expense claims.
Oversee tanker scheduling, renewal, and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes, including local and export logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP or equivalent).

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Executive.
Good command of English and Malay.
Mandarin language proficiency is A MUST.
Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office suite.
Experience in the adhesive or chemical manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
