Supply Chain Executive Port Klang

Role ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring export and import shipments.Prepare all the shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, etc. for every shipment.Liaise with shipping lines/forwarder agents for vessel booking.Liaise with forwarding agents to clear the shipment in time to avoid detention, storage, or demurrage charges.Prepare and handle any applications through customs, MITI, Malay Chamber, or other government departments.Follow up on order completion dates with the planner or production department.Liaise with the warehouse and handle interco movement (e.g., from Port Klang to Thailand and from Port Klang to Johor).Monitor warehouse space availability to avoid congestion and ensure shipments go out on time.Oversee the inventory of chemicals and manage the procurement process.Manage and execute documents required for Supply Chain compliance, ensuring all relevant documents are up to date for audit purposes.Support and assist in any other supply chain activities.Ensure other related tasks, duties, and projects are completed as assigned by the superior.Role RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management, Transport Management, or its equivalent.Minimum 1 year of working experience or fresh graduate in the Logistics/Transport field with relevant experience.Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills – external and internal.Inventory management skills.Submit your resume ******
