ResponsibilitiesPerforming the role as Supply Chain Management, Manager/ Sn. Executive for JJPM-NILAI with primary responsibilities as follows:
Fulfillment of orders by your team:
Responsible for order processing compliance to established SOPs.
Ensure proper coordination with related departments to fulfill customer orders.
Ensure delivery of goods to customers is in accordance with agreed or promised schedules.
Ensure proper and prompt billing for all completed deliveries by the next working day.
Responsible for the resolution of billing, documentation, or sales credit issues in an expeditious manner.
Ensure stock inventory turnover meets targets set by management.
Responsible for prompt clearance of all incoming shipments in the most cost-effective and expedient manner.
Responsible for maintaining accuracy of inventory based on actual physical tally vs SAP records.
Conduct monthly stock take and reconciliation, or as and when requested by Finance staff.
Monitor and recommend obsolete and non-active stock for scrapping.
Manage and develop warehouse & customer service personnel, ensuring discipline and teamwork.
Responsible for optimizing warehouse and logistics costs.
Responsible for negotiating with suppliers to optimize cost and fulfillment of supply chain requirements.
Develop and improve the skills and knowledge of customer service, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics personnel to achieve better job performance.
Sales Support provided by your team:
Ensure that customer master data and/or selling price is immediately updated when there are changes.
Manage the elimination of long outstanding orders with sales jointly through customer negotiation.
Manage customers' feedback and communicate them to relevant colleagues for prompt action and follow up closely until issues are resolved.
Ensure communication with customers on order fulfillment is concise and timely.
Provide analysis of customers' orders and stocks and work with sales to achieve high stock turnover and minimum safety stocks (key customers only). Co-lead with sales to update key customers periodically on orders & stocks status with clear forward actions.
Make management decisions in accordance with the values of the company and empower the team to make joint decisions with other departments in the interest of the company.
Lead and manage intercompany sales by setting up proper and clear procedures and communication with finance and sales teams.
Any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Provide mentorship and coaching to help bring the next generation of young leaders, train and support them into leadership roles. Participate in L&D activities to help build our talent pool.
Required QualificationsDegree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related fields.
Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, purchasing, production planning, warehouse, and logistics.
Good knowledge in SAP SD/MM module.
A team player and people person.
Articulate well & clearly.
Exercise assertiveness with relevant stakeholders.
