We are looking for a fresh graduate to join us asManagement Trainee for a 6 months durationto provide administrative support to the Supply Chain department daily operation. He/she will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and practical training in a multi-national corporation work environment.
Work Location:
To provide administrative support to support the daily SCM operation.
To perform order processing and coordinate delivery with third party warehouse and transporter.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
Supporting the team leader and manager on monthly reporting.
Maintain department documentation and filing.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Logistic or similar.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good in verbal and written English and Malay communication skills.
Good in computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail and time management skills.
Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
