You will be the key driver of the organization's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes and Key Raw Materials Planning.
It adds value by developing and driving customer-oriented supply strategies of finished goods to meet demand plan, synchronizing supply and demand management through S&OP process to ensure information is deployed and to make timely decisions.
What You'll DoManage functional KPIs per company target and take the responsive decision/action to achieve/exceed the target.
Manage the order fulfillment process timely and accurately from order entry, administration, delivery and shipping through to invoicing to ensure orders meet customer's requirements, as well as are processed in accordance to business policy, standards and guidelines.
Resolve issues arising from operations and requiring coordination cross-functionally, especially issues potentially impacting order fulfillment.
Implement continuous improvement across supply chain function and integration with midstream.
Define Key Results Areas clearly and roles for supply chain and customer service members.
Develop robust forecast process in coordination with Sales to ensure effective planning in inventory.
Secure cost-effective, reliable and quality service from key suppliers.
Engage in effective negotiations with existing and potential suppliers to ensure sourcing value is delivered.
Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of suppliers.
Develop sourcing strategy for all necessary materials and accessories that aligns with business objectives and works closely with suppliers.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Complete projects and initiatives as assigned by superior.
What You Need to SucceedBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic Management or other related field.
At least 7 years of supply chain related working experience – Material and Inventory Management, Production Planning, Sourcing, Warehouse and Logistic Management.
Hands-on experience with supply chain management software.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player, good time-management skills & great interpersonal and communication skills.
