Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross functionally to deliver products and services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Represent the function in relevant interactions with key supplier partners or solution providers.
Lead the execution of the sustainability strategy, aligning with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Develop, confirm, and execute stock replenishment activities in line with company inventory management strategies.
Manage the end-to-end execution of purchase orders for stock replenishment, including communication with suppliers, order placement, order tracking, and delivery.
Manage and supervise production planning to ensure OTIF and optimum inventory holding while ensuring production efficient planning.
Ensure MRP is performed accurately and timely for effective and efficient support of the production plan.
Lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process to ensure effective supply-demand coordination.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the entire supply chain function which includes order processing, manufacturing planning, forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, and other logistic activities.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent supply and quality.
Demonstrate strong leadership and support team members in enhancing supply chain processes.
Assist in building a high-performing team and sustaining it by exercising leadership and continuing team competency development.
Create, monitor, and report performance metrics for the team.
Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and logistics operations with business goals.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize waste and spoilage, especially for perishable items.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and operational requirements while minimizing carrying costs.
Coordinate with the production and operations teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
Implement inventory control procedures to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, such as supply disruptions or seasonal demand fluctuations.
Develop contingency plans to handle supply chain disruptions and ensure continuous store operation.
Qualifications:
Degree holder in Business Administration or any related discipline from a recognized university.
8 years of experience in Production Planning and Supply Chain environment with at least 5 years' experience in a managerial position in related fields.
Ability to learn new skills and adapt to business requirement changes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
