Establish strategic objectives for sourcing and procurement functions aligned with business needs.
Identify sourcing opportunities that lead to significant cost savings through a strong understanding of business requirements.
Lead strategic sourcing activities and develop partnerships with suppliers and vendors to ensure contract compliance, especially on price efficiency for winning customer projects.
Develop and set goals for the total cost of procurement.
Implement tracking systems to ensure successful supplier management and inventory management.
Provide leadership and direction to the procurement team.
Establish training and development programs in sourcing and inventory management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor supplier quality and intervene when necessary to ensure strong supplier performance.
Apply disciplined project management and change management techniques to support strategic sourcing.
Manage direct procurement performance based on clear financial and non-financial metrics.
Define and monitor procurement activities and services' efficiency, quality, and success.
Establish and maintain strong internal client and supplier relationships.
Utilize best practices and sourcing strategies to manage strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure high internal customer satisfaction.
Contribute to Norautron's global sourcing and procurement results by sharing best practices and cooperating with other Norautron Group companies.
Manage AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) compliance.
Adhere to and actively support the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards to ensure quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety compliance.
Ensure all activities comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
Knowledge of supply chain and/or procurement functions and procedures in the EMS industry.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing team that partners cross-functionally to drive change and deliver significant value.
Self-directed, action-oriented, forward-thinking and creative individual with high standards.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
