Position Responsibilities
Strategic Supply Chain Leadership:
-Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end supply chain strategies to support the company's growth objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
-Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of the supply chain team, including procurement, logistics, warehouse management, planning, and continuous improvement functions.
-Collaborate closely with senior management to forecast, budget, and plan for future product launches and expansions.
Procurement and Vendor Management:
-Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging, working closely with the Procurement Manager and executive to secure cost-effective and reliable supply sources.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality, delivery, and performance, while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Demand Planning and Forecasting:
-Oversee demand planning functions, working with the Senior Demand Planner to create accurate forecasts based on sales data, market trends, and business goals.
-Ensure coordination between procurement and production teams to align supply with demand, mitigating stockouts and overproduction.
Warehouse and Logistics Management:
-Direct warehouse operations and logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to both retail points and consumers.
-Work with the Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage practices, and efficient handling procedures.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
-Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on cost reduction, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
-Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Senior Executive to implement lean principles and best practices in the supply chain.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with the marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure smooth product launches, inventory availability, and cost management.
-Support sales teams by ensuring the availability of products across all channels, and managing logistics for new store openings and promotional events.
Team Development and Leadership:
-Manage and support a dynamic team, including Senior Planners, Executives, and Fresh Grads, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
-Ensure the team has the necessary tools, training, and resources to perform their roles effectively.

; Requirements:- Qualifications and Experience
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
-Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
-Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, demand planning, and logistics.
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
-Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (ERP systems, forecasting software, etc.).
-Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
