You are responsible forDriving the demand planning function for finished productsChair and drive the monthly S&OP meetings as well as weekly demand planning meetingsEnsure healthy levels of inventory with high level of interaction with supply centers3PL management for inbound and outbound of finished goods as well as management of Value-added servicesEnsure high levels of CSL, forecast accuracy and controlled levels of Aging and Excess stockKey focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the Supply ChainAd-hoc Supply Chain projectsTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceExperienced Senior Supply Chain Manager from a Consumer Goods/Retail environment who is used to operating with a 3PLExperienced leading a teamStrong analytical capability and analysis skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsSAP / JDA experienceIdeally systems implementation experienceLEAN experience is preferred?How we work at PhilipsOur newly-adopted hybrid work concept fuses flexibility with collaboration to deliver great outcomes for our people and our customers.
