We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be leading the Supply Chain team covering Demand Planning and 3PL management across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Emerging Markets.
You are responsible for
Driving the demand planning function for finished products
Chair and drive the monthly S&OP meetings as well as weekly demand planning meetings
Ensure healthy levels of inventory with high level of interaction with supply centers
3PL management for inbound and outbound of finished goods as well as management of Value-added services
Ensure high levels of CSL, forecast accuracy and controlled levels of Aging and Excess stock
Key focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the Supply Chain
Ad-hoc Supply Chain projects
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager from a Consumer Goods/Retail environment who is used to operating with a 3PL
Experienced leading a team
Strong analytical capability and analysis skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
SAP / JDA experience
Ideally systems implementation experience
LEAN experience is preferred
