Supply Chain Manager (Solar/ Construction)

Company Background: We are representing our client, a solar system supplier in Malaysia, with the expansion, they are looking for potential candidate to fill the position of Supply Chain Manager to be based at Ara Damansara, PJ Salary: up to RM15,000 Working Days: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Hybrid basis Responsibilities: - Procurement: Strategic Procurement Planning Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management Warehouse & Logistics: Logistics & Delivery Coordination Oversee Warehousing Operations Transportation / Logistics Management Suppliers Management: Sourcing and supplier development Supplier Relationship Management Team Management: Performance Monitoring Team Leadership and Development Process Improvement: Technology & Process Improvement Requirement:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management.
Hands-on experience in supervising warehouse operations, coordinating logistics, and managing transportation fleets.
Experience in sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.
