Job DescriptionOverall Responsibilities:
Manage a group of products under the business segments to ensure factory meets commitments and product priorities in the Production Scheduling horizon through monitoring factory execution as needed.
Own and communicate the factory recovery plan to stakeholders when there is a factory performance issue or excursion.
Connect to GPO for supply analysis and transactional activities needed, linking back the results to the factory or stakeholders for necessary supply analysis.
Work with GPO process owner on process capability and enhancement.
Participate in line execution issues (induced by Planning) and work out solutions to ensure smooth factory execution with no impact on order support, acting as a factory-facing person to support product xRB excursion management.
Demonstrate adequate technical capability and coordination skills in managing business needs and customer requirements.
Apply lean principles and drive continuous improvement in site-owned activities for improved efficiency.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
3+ years of relevant experience preferredPreferred Qualifications/Key Skills:
