Supply Planning ExecutiveBasic Salary: RM3,000**Duties And Responsibilities**Demand Planning:- Deploy demand planning processes for end markets, regions, and globally.- Implement and continuously improve demand planning processes for end markets and regional business cycles.- Support process governance for demand planning for end markets and regions to ensure compliance.- Lead the development of scenario analysis and provide recommendations to promote growth and early indication of market changes/risks.- Establish business networks between local, regional, global SCM, Sales, and Marketing to understand demand forecasting drivers and market insights.- Continuously challenge for effective forecast model usage through relevant data analysis.- Propose forecasts based on inventory rules according to demand and market trends.- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.- Continuously support Third Party Customer business activities.Integrated Business Planning (IBP):- Participate in Demand Review Meetings for regionally and globally driven business units.- Deploy and continuously develop demand planning processes within end markets and regions for process harmonization.- Provide necessary frameworks for the continuous review of business performance.- Deploy demand planning processes across the region and serve as the first point of contact for countries.Professional Competencies- Bachelor's Degree or higher.- Minimum of 3 years of related working experience.- Ability to lead demand forecasting/planning with the commercial team.- Ability to lead or participate in S&OP with the commercial team.- Capability to analyze current processes and work on process improvement.- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and Presentation (ability to conduct data analysis & present to multiple stakeholders).- Experience in project management across different functions/countries.- Preferred experience in ERP systems: SAP SD/MM, APO.- Experience in Integrated Business Planning is preferred.- Ability to create Power BI or visualized dashboards is an advantage.Personal Competencies- Deliver performance and results.- Cooperate constructively.- Appreciate and include different perspectives.
