Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a Support Assistant to join our remote team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our remote team.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements- Assist with the coordination of virtual events, webinars, and online training sessions- Manage communication channels and respond to inquiries from team members and external partners- Assist with research projects, data analysis, and report preparation- Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve team efficiency- Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions to challenges- Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects and initiatives

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a support role- Highly driven and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment- Strong presentation skills and the ability to think creatively- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
