**Job Description:**
Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative and operational support to various departments within our organization. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
- **Administrative Tasks:** Support daily administrative functions including data entry, document management, and organizing meetings. Ensure that records are accurately maintained and easily retrievable.
- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members across departments to facilitate effective communication and project coordination. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, operational performance, and any escalated issues. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing service delivery.
- **Planning and Coordination:** Assist in planning and coordinating departmental activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and managing event logistics.
- **Problem Resolution:** Independently handle escalated customer complaints or issues by employing strong problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. Maintain professionalism during all customer interactions.
- **Training Support:** Assist in onboarding and training new staff members by providing necessary documentation and aiding them in understanding departmental procedures.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance personal skills and knowledge relevant to the role and industry.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support or administrative role, preferably within the telecommunications or customer service industry.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems and database management.
- **Personality Traits:** A passionate individual who is independent and proactive in driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong cooperation skills to foster team collaboration, with excellent planning capabilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to articulate issues clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- **Customer Orientation:** A customer-centric approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide meaningful solutions to diverse customer needs.
