Support Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Representative to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers in George Town, Penang. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about our products and services- Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements:- At least 4 years of customer service experience- Hardworking and resourceful personality traits- Strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent
