Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Conduct land surveys and provide accurate measurements of land and construction sites.Prepare detailed survey drawings, maps, and reports for construction projects.Prepare accurate surveys, maps, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) softwareReview and analyze survey data and provide recommendations to project managers and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to land surveyingCollaborate with other professionals, such as engineers, architects, and construction workers, to ensure project successStay updated on advancements in surveying technology and techniques. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Qualification: Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or any relevant field.
2. Experience: 2-5 years of working experience in Surveyor or construction related fields would be added advantages.
3. Skills & competencies:
a) Strong planning and organizing skills with good time management.
b) Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
c) Ability to work under pressure without compromising the quality of work produced.
