Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement analysis, testing, deployment, and enhancement of in-house systems and mobile apps.
Collaborate with helpdesk teams, peers, and business users for system requirements and issue resolution.
Support solution architecture, application design, and database development.
Lead developers in designing data warehousing architecture and strategies.
Create standard reporting and dashboards using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SQL, and Excel Pivot.
Write technical specifications and maintain documentation.
Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and accountability.
Work independently, with attention to detail and problem-solving focus.
Handle bug fixes and optimize application performance.
Adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
The Successful Applicant:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in web and software development.
Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
Demonstrated knowledge of web/mobile languages/technologies such as JavaScript, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, PHP, AngularJS, Node.js, MVC, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of backend languages/technologies such as C#, MS SQL Server, MySQL, web services, VBA, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of software components and third-party programs, such as API (JSON, REST, XML).
Demonstrated knowledge of source control management, such as GitHub.
Experience with Windows Server and Linux.
