Join IBA Radiopharma Solutions as a System Owner and play a key role in advancing our high-tech solutions for the medical sector.
As a System Owner, you will join our R&D team and take responsibility for managing and delivering R&D projects from requirement definition to industrialization.
You will handle the management of beta unit testing and deployment at the factory and client sites.
These projects, ranging in value from €10,000 to €20 million, directly impact the operations and results of our product lines.
Key Responsibilities Develop the products of tomorrow and maintain the existing ones, taking technical responsibility for the design, definition, procurement, integration, modification, and maintenance.
Manage the technical content of the product from start to finish as the single point of contact within the company, working closely with the project manager and internal departments such as Global R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams as the product reference.
Ensure product regulatory compliance (standards EN60204, EN12100, EN 61010, EN62311).
Profile Master's degree in engineering or industrial sciences, ideally in electromechanics, electronics, or electricity, or equivalent experience.
5 to 10 years of experience in engineering or a technical field in an international and multicultural environment, preferably with experience in similar size projects in electromechanical technologies.
Skills in managing technical development/improvement required.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
