Job Title: Systems Support Engineer
Description
Responsibilities:
Install and configure computer systems.
Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
Monitor daily system jobs according to daily checklist.
Check and monitor system health.
Provide technical problem resolution to internal and external parties.
Manage the company's enterprise IT infrastructure comprising high-security data centers, mission-critical application servers, and nationwide payment networks.
Manage the security and operational aspects of the infrastructure in line with established security and audit standards.
Involve in audits by PCI DSS/PAYNET/BNM/SWIFT.
Research, evaluate, recommend, and purchase hardware and software for enterprise operations.
Setup and manage computer hardware and software for enterprise operations, from servers to workstations; web servers; email and communications; specialized servers and tools for software engineering and testing.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT Infrastructure/Networking or Computer Science/Information Technology equivalent.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Experience in managing network and IT infrastructure.
Experience in installation/support for computer hardware (like desktop/laptop/server), peripherals (like printers), network equipment, and system/application software.
Experience in Virtualization.
Experience in Windows operating systems.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to meet customer and user expectations.
Possess own transportation.
Working Location:Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil Kuala Lumpur.
** Sometimes will be required to travel and work at HQ Office - Kg.
Baru Kuala Lumpur for support.
