Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Policy Implementation and Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with legal requirements.
Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
HR Administration:
Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Support the HR Manager/Director in various HR functions as needed.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): BC, BM and English.
Good communication skills, high energy (positive vibes) & most importantly honesty, positive thinking, good personalities and enjoy dealing with people.
Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
