We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for both employees and interns across the organization, ensuring a seamless, positive experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
As the first point of contact for potential candidates, the ideal person will embody our company values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, you will also assist with various departmental tasks, projects, and activities to help drive the company's talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities -End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment cycle from developing recruitment strategies, sourcing, screening candidates, to executing smooth onboarding experiences.
-Talent Pipeline Development: Cultivate strong, sustainable relationships with universities, career platforms, and potential candidates to maintain a consistent flow of top talent.
-Collaboration with Head of Departments: Partner with Head of Departments to understand team needs, both technical and interpersonal, ensuring the best fit for each department.
-Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated seamlessly into the company, with a focus on an engaging and effective journey from day one.
-Innovative Onboarding Solutions: Propose and implement creative, scalable strategies for onboarding that enhance new employee experiences and improve long-term retention.
-Engagement Activities: Develop and coordinate fun, interactive initiatives that foster employee retention and a sense of belonging.
-Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular recruitment and onboarding reports, providing insights to management on metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

-At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing these processes.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging with candidates and senior leaders alike.
-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
-Adaptability and a keen ability to work with employees from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
-Experience with SMEs is a plus, especially in helping drive talent acquisition in growing organizations.
