As a Talent Acquisition Consultant on our team, you can expect to work with your client to shape their recruiting strategy while being part of an ever-growing company that values creativity and its people as much as it does results-driven programs.
In this role, you'll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders within the financial services and life insurance sector to create and execute recruitment strategies together. You'll have a consultative style, and you are someone who enjoys working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. You have strengths in developing and delivering both volume and specialist recruitment programs, establishing processes and driving change as well as an exceptional capability in Talent Acquisition.
This is a true business partnering talent acquisition role and therefore is required to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
