Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting coordination process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Handle recruitment coordination support and Talent Acquisition backend management.
Perform data entry in various Human Resource systems and tracking tools.
Update HRIS systems and manage interview processes.
Conduct analytics and reporting, ensuring all SLAs are achieved.
Schedule interviews for weekdays and walk-ins with external candidates.
Manage bulk mailings.
Work on urgent and high-priority cases.
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR domain.
Excellent standard of oral and written English.
Excellent command of Japanese language as this role will be supporting Japan Talent Acquisition.
Proficiency in Canva, Excel (including VLOOKUP), etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
