Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for the company. Source, attract, and assess candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Work closely with the HR team to streamline processes and enhance the overall talent acquisition function. Utilize innovative approaches to employer branding, creating a compelling narrative to attract top talent to the company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand skill requirements and contribute to workforce planning. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of full-time work experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, with a strong focus on candidate screening. In-depth knowledge of modern screening techniques and industry-specific requirements. High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of HR best practices. Strong-bias for action Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
