Talent Acquisition / Human Resources SeniorAssist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and personnel files.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand through engaging content, networking events, and partnerships.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is required.
Experience in a startup environment would be advantageous.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
