About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team in attracting and recruiting top talent. This internship provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in supporting our HR initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture.Key Responsibilities:-Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks.-Assist in screening potential employee resumes to identify suitable candidates.-Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in scheduling interviews.-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to secure pipelines for strong candidates.-Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.-Participate in career fairs, and employee branding initiatives to promote our employer brand.-Work with the People team to enhance data management as needed.  Key Qualifications and Requirements:-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.-Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.-Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.-Prior internship or coursework in HR or recruitment is desirable but not required.-Professional Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Malay.
