Responsibilities: -Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms.
-Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Compile new hire documents and perform accurate data entry in the company's database.
-Maintain meticulous records of candidate information and recruitment activities using the organization's applicant tracking system.
-Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
-Assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned.
