We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.comThe opportunity:Lead and develop a small team of TA partners to ensure they perform to the requirements of their roleEnsure the delivery of Talent Acquisition services & metrics to meet hiring strategy and develop the company's employer brand via social media and other relevant platformsManage end-to-end talent acquisition process for all managerial openings and critical hirings & provide regular recruitment updates & tracking reports to stakeholdersDesign and review sourcing strategies to efficiently attract suitable talents with TA partnersPartner with HRBP and C&B teams to propose competitive, market-aligned offers following HR policies and proceduresBuild and maintain hiring manager & candidate relationships & satisfaction of hiring and the candidate recruitment experience for the whole hiring life cycleWhat you'll need to succeed:5+ years of recruiting experience of managerial positions; recruiting in supply chain and logistics industry is a plusExperience of working on manager level / senior roles are preferred but not essentialExperience of managing stakeholder relationships, with strong influencing and persuasion skillsStrong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methodsExpertise in various direct candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)Passion for complex recruiting problem-solving and stakeholder coaching#J-18808-Ljbffr
