Job ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Lead will source and acquire top talents to meet business needs.
Develop effective recruitment sourcing channels, staffing reports and metrics.
Work collaboratively with members of the recruiting team and site HR Manager to provide a seamless recruiting service to the internal customers.
Partner with local, regional and global hiring managers and business leaders to understand business unit objectives and develop customized sourcing approaches and strategies.
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Comply with the labor laws and regulations; oversee and monitor internal applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked and have a disposition.
Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring.
Provide continual and ongoing support, coaching and development for recruiters with respect to sourcing, screening, matching and closing candidates.
Generate a strong candidate pool for all client groups.
Responsible for tracking and reporting recruiting metrics and performance for monthly and quarterly reports/reviews.
Partner with global HR and TA team to drive projects.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job QualificationsKnowledge RequirementsPrior experience building a recruiting infrastructure (i.e., recruiting policy, recruiting tools, resume tracking systems)

Education & Experience RequirementsMinimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting preferably in a related industry required.
Candidates must be heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices.
Possess an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
