Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across various functions, including Engineering (upstream, midstream, and downstream), HR, Finance, Procurement, and other non-engineering support roles.
Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand talent needs and workforce planning for the company and its broader entities, acting as a key business partner providing insights and recommendations on talent strategies to support business growth.
Implement and optimize recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, including headhunting, digital sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
Manage relationships with Universities, recruitment agencies, and other external partners to enhance sourcing efforts.
Lead the company's broader Talent Management strategy, focusing on key areas such as Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development.
Work closely with the Head of HR to champion succession planning to create talent pipelines for critical roles across the organization.
Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee growth, career progression, and leadership development.
Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and ensure the alignment of HR systems with the company's evolving needs; driving and implementing continuous improvement of HR system in the company.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the palm oil industry or other industrial sectors.
Experience managing recruitment across both engineering and non-engineering support functions.
Prior experience and background in Talent Management initiatives, encompassing Talent Development/Learning & Development and future talent pipelining would be highly advantageous.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
Having a strategic mindset with the ability to drive Continuous Improvement in HR systems and processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
