For instance, we are the first platform globally to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, coupled with an instant talk-to-agent service.  Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bjak, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process to attract top talent that aligns with our company's goals and culture.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage interview schedules, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
Provide guidance and consultation on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and processes.
Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline Development: Enhance Bjak's employer brand in the local market through networking events, industry partnerships, and employer branding initiatives.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and promote a culture of inclusivity.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and optimize hiring strategies.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the Malaysian job market, labor laws, and cultural norms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
