Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Design and implement sourcing strategies to efficiently attract top talent.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Review resumes of applicants, screen, conduct initial interviews & follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
Provide regular recruitment updates and detailed tracking reports to stakeholders.
Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to foster talent engagement and a sense of belonging.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, regardless of the outcome.
What you'll need to succeed:2-3+ years of recruiting experience; recruiting in a shared services environment will be preferred and open to all industry experience.
Experience of working on white collar operations roles in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of managing stakeholder relationships, with strong influencing and persuasion skills.
Prior experience of successfully recruiting in supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Ability to work independently in a team & ability to handle ambiguity and resilience will be valuable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
