Working Duration: 9 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Maternity Replacement)
Working Mode : Hybrid. 50% at home 50% office. Mondays are office days
Remuneration : Basic salary RM8,000 to RM12,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution+ leave entitlement
WHO CAN APPLY? Languages: Fluent English (this is non-negotiable)Minimum 5-7 years experience in recruitment either in an agency or inhouse talent acquisition team.MY SG hiring experience in full-cycle recruitment either in an agency or in-house talent acquisition team. SEA/ APAC hiring experience is a plusExceptional assessment and interviewing skills, with a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processesAbility to manage relationships locally and globally with Senior Leaders and partner with P&O peers to deliver a talent agendaPrevious experience in driving a targeted DEI hiring agenda across a complex ecosystem.Ability to source talent through a number of fulfilment channels including LinkedIn.Expertise and understanding of the latest regional hiring trends with a focus on the pharmaceutical/FMCG industryEffective and persuasive communicator with strong presentation, communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills.Ability to extract and interpret data from internal and external data sources.Strong project management and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.Comfort with high rate of change and ability to navigate complexity with ease.Demonstrated record of developing partnerships and relationships across a mix-matrixed organization.Nice to have: Previous experience using Workday and Avature. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end to end recruitment of all requisitions that they manage including offer creation and extension, initiation of background checks, contract creation and extension and any additional pre-boarding activities required.Develop a data-driven approach to optimize our efficiency, inform decision-making and enable more proactive planning of our workforce.Drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor across all hiring teams that ultimately deliver the best talent.Proactively share local market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business, and organizational design decisions with the Business & P&O colleagues.Manage and drive appropriate sourcing, assessment, selection and pre-on boarding strategies forMY SG Markets.Execute a consistent talent acquisition strategy for positions in alignment with the market goals.Manage major recruitment campaigns, and confidential and business-critical projects aligned to the TA global strategy.Provide direct sourcing support for current hiring requirements with a specific focus on niche & business critical skill areas.Collaborate with P&O, Hiring Managers and Global COEs to provide best-in-class Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Ensure data compliance within systems and tools (Applicant Tracking System, social media, job boards, etc.) and adherence to relevant geographic labor and employment laws.Adherence to Company, People & Organization and Talent Acquisition policies and processes.Provide periodic hiring status reports to business stakeholders.Be an ambassador for the company mission and purpose, strengthen our employer brand and inspire candidates to join company HOW TO APPLY?
