Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

Job ResponsibilityResponsible for the entire recruiting process including reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screens and interviews, and preparing information and offer packages.
Conducting end-to-end recruitment process for mass/bulk hiring for a large number of logistics positions, including drivers, riders, sorters, and other logistics support staff.
Attracting suitable candidates through job portals, databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors.
Perform research at a supervisor's request.
Perform clerical duties such as presentations, drafting reports, etc.
Job RequirementsProficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Final-year students are preferred.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fast-paced thinker and able to multi-task.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
