ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals while communicating fluently in Chinese and English.
Initiate and coordinate HR activities that support the implementation of the business strategy.
Direct daily cooperation with managers and directors in strategic challenges.
Support managers in recruitment processes.
Support Indonesia teams and take on various roles (as an adviser, coach, facilitator, and mediator).
Formulate HR-related policies.
Build a feedback culture and modify and coordinate the employee appraisal process.
Manage change and communicate company changes.
Create and improve HR processes and tools tailored to the needs of the organization.
Analyze needs and create and implement diverse HR projects.
Support planning and monitoring of employment levels and staff budgets.
Minimum RequirementsProficiency in both Indonesian and English.
At least a bachelor's or equivalent degree in HR or psychology.
At least 5 years in HR, including direct collaboration with teams, preferably in an international, changing environment.
Proficiency in recruiting processes and familiarity with local Labor Law, training & development, and other areas of HR.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
Problem-solving attitude and the ability to respond to new challenges.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel & PowerPoint).
Readiness for business trips.
