You will join the APAC HR team of four (stationed across Malaysia and the Philippines respectively) and be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, carrying out continuous improvement processes and be involved in TA projects. Collaborating closely with business divisions to grasp their needs and Talent Acquisition requirements, reviewing, providing feedback and where necessary - crafting comprehensive job specifications with agreed competencies and indicators through detailed job briefings. Foster, maintain, monitor, and build strong partnerships across all APAC HR functions, actively informing HR decision-making to bolster and drive Talent Acquisition processes and initiatives. Drive process efficiency, elevate quality standards, and provide value both to the business and candidates. Earn trust as a partner to specific business units, guiding them through a positive TA experience and delivering essential insights throughout the hiring lifecycle. Actively source top-tier candidates via multiple channels, curating exceptional shortlists for diverse roles. Lead and contribute to multifaceted TA projects, from Employer Branding to DEI initiatives, Graduate Recruitment, and Talent Development. Where necessary – collaborate with and manage working relationships with external agencies. Your profile A proven track record spanning 4 to 5 years in talent acquisition. Organized, reliable, energetic, and positive. Skilled in communication, you bring clarity, strengthen connections among colleagues, and cultivate a culture of collaboration. Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study. You are based in Malaysia or the Philippines, with fluent command of English. Proficiency in a second language (relevant to ib vogt's APAC markets) is a bonus. Prior experience in recruitment for the Renewable Energy sector is desirable, but not essential.
