Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process across global regions in alignment with client requirements.
Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to build robust talent pipelines.
Provide talent-related insights to key stakeholders as needed.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and recruit candidates who are both job-fit and culture-fit for the company.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with IT & Digital portfolio is added advantage.
Comfortable with fixed-term contract employment on annual renewal basis.
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social networking tools for sourcing and talent pooling.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
Self-motivated and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident, capable, and credible.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Effective articulation skills to promote corporate branding and build talent pipelines.
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
