Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Responsibilities:Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
Analysing the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
Using various channels to source candidates
Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
Building relationships with applicants and past employees
Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
Representing the organisation at job fairs and recruiting events
Requirements:Minimum 2 yearsof work experience in direct talent sourcing and recruitment
Exceptional networking and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate evaluation
Able to maintain professional demeanour
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in leading a team is an added advantage
Experience in BPO/ telco-company/ call centre is an added advantage
