Team Lead - Kuala Lumpur - Concentrix

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of up to 20 members, ensuring organizational metrics and goals are met.
This involves motivating and strategizing with the team to achieve efficiency, productivity, and consistency targets.
Key Responsibilities
Motivate and strategize with the team to meet efficiency, productivity, and consistency targets.
Conduct regular performance check-points using scorecards.
Develop career plans for team members and provide guidance on achieving personal and career goals.
Elevate and escalate red flags to management.
Manage team schedules, leave requests, and attendance.
Ensure enforcement of base operational expectations and information security policies.
Identify improvement opportunities in workflows and suggest solutions.
Facilitate team meetings and huddles.
Create an engaging work atmosphere.
Act as the first point of escalation for HR-related matters.
Course correct non-performing metrics and analysts through root cause analysis.
Perform administrative functions inside the team.
