DescriptionJob Title: Team Lead - General Accounting & TreasuryThe ideal candidate will oversee the team's performance in delivering accurate and timely general accounting and reporting, fixed assets management, statutory accounting, and direct and indirect tax services. This includes tasks such as journal postings, RTR maintenance, report preparation, reconciliations, and tax submissions.
Responsibilities:Reconcile various accounts including Bank, Inventory, FA (Fixed Assets), Clearing account, Prepayment, and Accruals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Act as the owner of the General Ledger Account Master and Fixed Assets (FA) register, ensuring accurate maintenance and updates.
Supervise the month-end RTR process to guarantee timely completion of closing and reporting activities.
Coordinate with external parties, such as auditors, tax agents, and others, to handle all requirements and queries efficiently.
Assist in financial and statutory reporting, the annual audit process, half-year review process, quarterly and statutory group consolidation process, and monthly inter-company balances and transactions.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting.
Experience in fixed assets management and record-to-report processes is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of leading a team.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
