Responsibilities:To assist Operation Asst Manager/ Manager and to supervise a team of Telesales ExecutivesTo deliver quality sales & servicesTo support business' activities for improving quality and contribute business growthTo support and enable team member to achieve KPI in productivity i.e. call target, sale revenue target, productivityTo motivate, coach and inspire team member to achieve the sales targetTo handle and resolve enquiries escalated from team member as necessaryTo ensure all team member understand the company policy, management procedure, and the use of systems & telephoneTo monitor team member attendanceTo review goal for each team member and the whole team based on daily, weekly and monthlyTo ensure the team and daily tracking report are update and accurateTo assign lead to team member in an effective and fair mannerTo ensure team member are familiar with product knowledge and program specificationTo ensure team members strictly adhere to call centre discipline and guidelinesRequirements:Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.Candidate with Takaful and PCE (LIFE/ GENERAL) certification will be an added advantage.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the Financial Industry specialise in Insurance is an added advantageLeading/ Managing a team of staffTo be able to supervise, train, coach & motivate the teamCritical thinking and analytical thinking.Able to multitask, work independently with minimal supervision.Required skill(s): coaching skills, leadership and mentoring, People Management.Good interpersonal skills & Good communication skills in English & B.MMust be energetic, positive minded and good team playerAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence statusFull time position available
